SwiftMove was born out of frustration. Co-founder Marcus had just paid a removalist who arrived 3 hours late, scratched his furniture, and then billed him more than the quote. His business partner Jess had a similar story with a courier who lost a parcel and took 3 weeks to process a refund.
So they started their own. The idea was simple: do the thing properly. Show up when you say you will. Charge what you quote. Handle people's stuff with care. Build a team who actually gives a damn.
Seven years later, SwiftMove has completed over 12,000 jobs, employs 40+ people, and operates the largest privately-owned fleet in metro Melbourne. The values haven't changed. Neither has the phone number.
